United States 2014, 10 min, English, Hebrew subtitles

Elgin Park – a miniature city, part utopia part surreal nightmare – was built by Michael Paul Smith as a refuge from reality. After years of struggling through prejudices, depression and other health issues, he created this fictional town, based on the buildings, cars, landscapes and events that inhabit his childhood memories. He never dared to dream that his odd utopia would appeal to millions.
