Doc Challenge

5 Years of Israeli Documentary Challenge

A competition to create a documentary film in five days

"Doc-Challenge" is an international film project, now in its fifth year in Israel. It is a contest to create short films on a predetermined topic, within a set amount of time. Filmmakers participating in the contest have just five days to create a 4 to 7 minute long documentary.

This year's theme: Sacred Cows — Not What You Think.
In honor of the Doc-Challenge's fifth anniversary in Israel, this year there will also be The Audience's Choice competition. Voting will take place immediately after the premiere, on a special voting page on Ynet website.
