Switzerland 2016, 20 min, French, Hebrew & English subtitles

In the morning, the bats come. At night, they fly back. In between, people enter and leave the striking, modernistic civic buildings built in Abidjan in the ‘60s and ‘70s, when the city was the capital of Ivory Coast. These extraordinary buildings, a reminder of dreams about prosperity, serve as a colorful backdrop for what’s left.
