For the past five years, Rywkind Segal was the Program Manager of Docaviv Film Festival as well as Docaviv Galilee and Docaviv Negev festivals. She graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Art. Her previous positions include: publicist and film conservator at the Harvard Film Archive and assistant to the artistic director of the Boston Jewish Film Festival. Rywkind Segal also managed the film magazine Ma’aravon and held several positions at the International Women’s Film Festival in Rehovot.
She was unanimously chosen by the board of directors.
