Switzerland 2024, 94 min, English, German, Norwegian, Portuguese and Swiss German, Hebrew & English subtitles

Two decades ago, a Swiss couple set sail to champion climate-change awareness, conduct vital research in the world’s most remote places, and inspire young people everywhere. Since then, their family has grown to eight, each child born in a different corner of the globe, breathing in the salty smell of untamed freedom. Filmed against stunning vistas and within the confines of their 20-square-meter boat, the Schwörer family challenges conventional norms of education, home, and safety. As the children mature and one particularly intense storm tests the family’s resilience, the Schwörers’ dynamic shifts, forcing them to rethink their lifestyle in a gripping documentary certain to provoke a lively discussion.
