My mother and aunts are vibrant, funny women. But something seems to have gone wrong in one area: double divorces, passionless life partnerships, and a sense of “fate” that has dominated their choices.
If I can understand what went wrong in the lives of the women I love, maybe I’ll be able to dodge the family curse.
Aviטa Shaked did two years of military service as a commander. After receiving a bachelor's degree in Hebrew literature from the Hebrew University, Aviya studied four years at the "Maaleh" film school. She graduated in 2025
