What does it mean to belong? In a southern Tel Aviv elementary school, a fourth-grade class and their teacher address that question head-on. The children are asylum seekers whose families mostly do not have legal status in Israel, yet they learn, sing, and play in Hebrew while examining their identity and sense of belonging.

Roni Levin:
Born in 1996 and raised in Oranit, Israel. Graduated from the Sam Spiegel Film School in 2024 with two final films created in collaboration with her creative partner Michael Anug.

Michael Anug.
Born in Guelph, Canada, in 1995, he immigrated to Israel at the age of one and grew up in Kfar Bilu, Rehovot. He graduated from the Sam Spiegel Film and Television School with two final films he created in collaboration with his creative partner Roni Levin.
