Five-year-old Jonathan is worried about the planet. One day after returning from kindergarten he announces that he wants to raise Honeybees. This unexpected request catches his mother, Anna, with complete surprise, as she is scared to death of them.
Bees evoke painful memories of her childhood in Russia.
Determined to deal with past traumas, she decides to accede to his request.

Anna Anat Gofman Banai is an actress, director and creator of feature and documentary cinema. Completed her B.A. in directing and teaching theater at Seminar HaKibbutzim College, and MFA degree in film and television studies at Tel-Aviv University. Her latest film "Samira" (2021) was broadcast on Hot 8 channel.
