Israel 2022, 22 min, Hebrew and Arabic, Hebrew & English subtitles

A young couple moves from Jerusalem to Jaffa to get closer to Tel Aviv. They rent a spacious apartment within biking distance from the city center. Days go by and the pastoral image of the neighbourhood cracks. They suppress the reality outside their window in favour of a comfortable life until the moment the walls they built around them collapse.

Bar Mayer Is an artist Film maker, graduate her Bachelor studies at the Bezalel Academy for art and design and is currently undertaking her Master studies at the film and Television school at the Tel-Aviv university. Her documentary feature film supported by Israeli NFCT and JBFC in New York.
